2 Tips for You & Me

It’s been a long time coming. I don’t know if you’re anything like me, but sometimes I kinda get stuck. “How?” you may ask. Well, in thinking about what it is I want to do, dreaming about what I want to do, and hoping about what I want to do. It stops here!

Now don’t get me wrong. There’s definite value in thoughts. Yes, there’s power in thoughts. But nothing happens unless we actually DO something. Action is just one of those “things” required for change, and those dreams, to come true.  To really live a healthy life, you must never stop dreaming nor doing the things you love.

I plan to keep my Ah-has short and sweet. So here’s your 2 tips to take to the bank:  1) Spend time every day thinking (preferably in the morning before the world has come a knockin’), and 2) Get into action as quickly as possible. I’ve heard it time and time again, “You don’t have to be good to get started, but you do have to get started to get good.”

Take heart. And get going….until next time.
